Stafford Commerce Park II - New office development for 60,000 sf base building, a three story 20,000 floor plate structure.

Winchester Parks & Recreation Pool Dehumdification - Complete replacement of central dehumidifcation system including dehumidifier and replacement of hydronic heating system. Sustainable design features include heat rejection to the pool water to maintain temperature and condensate capture and return to pool for reduction in make-up water requirments.
