Located in Dulles, Virginia adjacent to Dulles Town Center Mall the Dulles office of
Presti & Company, Inc. is currently seeking exceptional senior mechanical engineering
candidates with a strong background in new building design, tenant fit-up projects, HAP
load estimating, HVAC ductwork design, boiler design and installation, chilled water
system design and analysis, plumbing design, fuel-gas design, and industrial
related/central plant building projects.
Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years
experience, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to efficiently
work unsupervised and lead others on multiple projects. Candidates must fully
understand the mechanical/HVAC construction process and have strong credentials in
A/E drawing quality and project management with zero tolerance for missed deadlines.
Exceptional AutoCAD proficiency and a B.S. is required (M.S. preferred), LEED
Certification also preferred. Fluency in IBC, IMC, ASHRAE 62 and 90.1, IECC, IFG,
ASME B&P Code is desired.
